Sometimes when husby has been gone for four days at a residency conference I do things like eat pinkberry for lunch (original with mochi, mango and strawberries), buy kitchen supplies at WilliamSonoma (a new garlic press and julienne peeler) and make frozen pizza for dinner (Amy’s organic gluten free cheese, but with added tomatoes, kalamata olives, sharp white cheddar, and basil).

Come home soon.
