Mission: Gluten Free Sourdough

Friends, I will not give up my sourdough.

This weekend I discovered Rumi’s gluten free bread, and it is like the real deal. At least enough so that I have eaten half the loaf in the form of tomato sandwiches in the last 2 days. (Oh sweet tomato sandwich. My summer siren.)

So now I’m on a mission. I’m reading and reading and reading and I hope that by this weekend I will have a starter going.

Sourdough, you will be mine again, and you will be friendly to my intestines.
