Ranch dip or dressing

This recipe is courtesy my besti who can be found blogging here.


2 tbsp dried minced onions

3 tsp dried parsley

2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

To about 3 cups of sour cream for dip, or 1.5 cup mayo + 1.5 cup buttermilk or sour cream for dressing.

Mix and chill for a couple hours before serving.

I’m sure you can do similarly with fresh ingredients, but I would increase the amount of onion and garlic then.

Eat with vegetables.

Or your fingers.

    I really need to pick up more parsley so I can make this again. It’s slightly addictive, hahaha.
